One of the things I wish I could do is dance. I mean, I can go to a place where music is playing and flail my arms around a bit and contort my body to the beat, and I'm
okay at Dance Dance Revolution. But I wish I could REALLY dance, where people would
want to watch me shake my booty and move my feet in some kind of coordinated manner. Here are a few of my favorite guys showing off their skills. And I'm curious-which one do you feel is the best? I tried figuring out how to post the actual video here, but to no avail. I'm sure it's super easy, but it eluded me, so you'll have to make due with clicking on the links provided.

When I think of great dancers I always thing of Fred. He has stood the test of time. I doubt Justin or Usher will.
crap. do I have to chose just one?? They are all great in their own right...but I think somehow everyone learned from each other---somewhere along the line. I'll get back to you when I decide...if I can.
How funny that I am about to watch a Fred Astaire movie! :) Have a good one!!
mmmm... like comparing ballet to line dancing :)
I think of the hip hop guys Michael is the best even though he creeps me out and was inappropriate he was the original to start those typs of dance moves.
Out if the tap dancers Gene Kelly due to the fact he's on Roller Skates!!!!
In the 1940, really, men only danced ballroom with partners or tap danced on their own. Tap dancing was the only acceptable man dancing that there was. I will always and forever go with Gene Kelley. He always had a smile to melt mountains and was the more masculine of the blast from the past era. When beatnicks came into being and the jazz era, that started to change. What really made man dancing evolutiionize was Elvis Presley and his pelvis thrusts and shimmiying. Michael Jackson was a great dancer and thruster (ewww), but I'll always love thriller. I guess I'll vote for Usher; he just looks more natural.
Dude, I can't decide. So I'm going to make my own awards:
Smoothest Dancer - Fred
Most Athletic Dancer - Gene
Best Improv Dancing - Michael
Best Choreographer - Justin
Biggest 'Tude - Usher
I have to say that yeah, as I was looking at the various videos of these men dancing, the styles are all so different-Fred IS grace, Gene is the athlete, Michael was the modern revolutionist, Justin has amazing choreography, and Usher is smooth. I couldn't really decide either.
You can't compare apples to oranges. It just doesn't work. They are all awesome in their own way. And to pick just one would be an insult. I just couldn't do it.
