To Do

I'm having surgery Wednesday morning. Also, YW in Excellence is tomorrow.

I have SO much to do, yet I'm sitting here, checking people's blogs, and generally doing nothing much.

To do:
- Clean the entire house. This includes the absolutely disgusting bathrooms, which I hate hate hate to do. This last week two of my piano students had to use the bathroom; they are both girls. And, um, we have no toilet paper in that bathroom, because a) I have boys that only have to wipe every once in a while and use Kandoo wipes to do it, and b) when the roll is on the holder, my kids (usually Ivy, now) unroll the WHOLE thing onto the floor. Both girls were like, Uh, you have no toilet paper. I was like, use the kleenex? Yeah, it was embarrassing.
- Make these yummy applesauce bars, kind of like carrot cake, with a yummy cream cheese frosting on top. Mmmmm....
- The Neverending Laun-n-dreeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! (I wish I had a house elf, just for doing laundry.)
- Sew some scripture bags that we're giving to the young women for tomorrow night. Easy peasy, but first I need to clean my kitchen and mop my floor so I have somewhere to put my sewing machine.
- Pay some bills, which is why I originally sat down at the computer, but decided I would check blogs/email first.

*sigh*

What are you procrastinating doing right now?

surgery?? I hope all goes well for you and you recover quickly!

So funny about the TP. Yeah we are often out of that too because it's always on the floor. lol

I accomplished quite a lot this morning (for me) but I still have, well, pretty much anything you can name still left to do...including feeding my children...guess I should go do that now... :)

I'm procrastinating on housework. I'm finally succumbing to my husband's/kids' sickness. So I'm sitting at the computer, feeling like crap, going, "I really need to clean my bathroom..."

I am currently procrastinating cleaning the kitchen and making dinner. Yuck! I have been procrastinating it all day long by doing this and that, a trip her and a trip there. Oh yeah and the dang preschool lesson plans, and laundry, and everything. :)

I am procrastinating studying...I'm so sick of doing it! And random memory for you, do you remember when I lived in Logan and me and Meredith came over to borrow your sewing machine and it was on the floor and I was sewing on it and I looked like a giant playing a piano?? Ha ha ha, good times...good times...I miss living close to you guys!

We only run out of TP when we have guests. I am not sure why it always works that way, but it is embarrassing! Hope the Surgery goes well. Maybe a blog to let me know why you are having surgery. I am procrastinating the kids bedtime. I love it when they are in bed, but I don't love the process!

Yikes. Good luck with the whole surgery thing. I will say a prayer or two for you :) All moms who have to undergo any medical treatments should get free use of a house elf for a week before and a week after. Somebody should call Prez. Obama and have him write that into the heath care bill.

Hope the surgery goes well and is nothing too serious. I am procrastinating laundry folding and attacking the room of horrors as I like to call it these days. It has been the dumping place through our crazy summer/apparently fall!

Oh, Gosh! What am I NOT procrastinating!! I've become REALLY bad about cleaning the house!! I thought I would get better about it when it's MY OWN house and I'm paying a mortgage... YEAH RIGHT!! LOL Good luck with everything!! What are you having surgery for? Let me know if you need anything. I know you have family, but I can help out if you need me!!

i happen to have a serious disease - chronic procrastination. this disease mostly affects my school life - example: test tomorrow at noon, why study for it tonight when i can get up at ten and study? homework due at 6 tomorrow night, but clearly i'll have time tomorrow sometime before six to do homework....
you might want to get yourself checked, i hear this disease is highly generic

Oh Nat, if you could see my to-do list you might feel better about your own. I did (sort of) get the garage cleaned out yesterday, well at least enough to fit my car in, but today all I did was fun projects instead of things like:cleaning my entire house (bathrooms, dishes, floors all included), never ending laundry, cleaning out my basement, organizing my bedroom and more importantly my closet, cleaning up the yard and pulling all of the dead flowers and planting spring bulbs, the list goes on, but I don't want to bore you. Good luck with your surgery, if you need anything give me a call.

I think I'd be done with YW in excellence! Sorry you had to have surgery. I hope recovery is going well. We're thinking about you. (we have YW in excellence next and I'm procrastinating sewing the flags we made for it)
