"I Think I'm Beginning to Die"

Well, we have the sickies over here today. Especially Jakob, and he's really feeling it as he's the one that said he thinks he's beginning to die. And tonight is Kindergarten graduation. Perfect timing, eh? Maybe he won't feel well enough to go and, you know, stand there looking all grumpy while the other kids sing (which is what he does on the normal-feeling days). I may end up dragging his sick little body over there, anyway, because after all the ups and downs from this year, he deserves a diploma-ish kind of thing, and I deserve to watch him get it! Here's praying he makes a miraculous recovery...

(By the way, do you like this sweet outfit Jake put together to wear to school the other day? The clip-on mismatched tie with the collared shirt that totally can't handle a tie on it. Classic.)

I'm sorry that you guys are sick, that is no fun. Reid is sick today and I am just hoping and praying that we don't all get it in time for the new baby!

You did not say anything the whole time I talked to you! I am so sorry you are all sick. I hope everything went well for the big graduation. I will try to be more sensitive next time I call and ask a favor of you, I will make sure you are not sick first. And if you are still sick on Sunday, I would be fine with canceling :)

A style icon like that can NOT miss an important red-carpet event like graduation! I hope that he was feeling well enough to go...and I hope that the rest of you feel better soon. sharing all of the bugs is NOT one of the perks of family life.

Oh no poor kid :( I hate it when kids get sick right around a fun adventure. Well, deserving for you anyway. Did you end up going? How is he feeling?

Ahh sickness and kids go together so well...enough to make me want to pull my hair out sometimes. Here's hoping he is happy, healthy and driving you crazy as usual. That's all we want, right?
