It's Real!

If I ever doubt again, here's the proof:

I really can have a clean kitchen*, and clean floors (mopped, even!) in the middle of the day. Though this phenomenon will only last until dinnertime, it's a beautiful sight, and I just had to take a picture.

So, yes, Virginia, there is a clean kitchen at Nat's house presently, though this happens probably only once a year, like Santa's visit.

*Disclaimer: The term "kitchen" in this instance does not include the windows and sliding glass doors, as they always have smears, smudges, and little hand prints all over them. It also does not include the "desk" area, as this is usually cluttered with homework, and currently home of the once again keyless laptop.

It would be so nice to have it stay clean for more than a few hours, that to me is the most frustrating part of having children.

I had a day like that today too... and now I am staring at a dining room floor and table spotted with rice waiting for it to dry so it won't smear and clump when I sweep it up. I should have taken a picture too. Gotta love our boys!!

So nice and sparkly clean! I had a day like that on Wednesday. Crazy mom cleaning- and I made the kids vacuum while I was in the kitchen with the dishes. Then right before dinner a helper spilled a pitcher of koolaid on the kitchen floor! What! I finally got it clean and I have to do it again? That's kids...

Wow it's beautiful. Maybe someday I will see my kitchen like that.

I love how you say in the "middle of the day" my house is only clean when my kids are asleep. Otherwise I feel like the plaque sister Cazier had outside her door when we were kids!

Wow, it looks great. I dream in my sleep that my kitchen was that sparkly. (okay not really and will you be willing to travel for you cleaning services?)

Looks amazing, it makes me think back to when we moved into our house because it doesn't seem like mine has been that sparkly since-doesn't it make you wish there was just some way to keep it like that but then when it does look spotless all the time I think we will miss what it was like now!
